We process your data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order), to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax record-keeping), and, where applicable, based on your consent (e.g. subscribing to the newsletter).

Who We Share Your Information With :

We share data only as needed to run our store: our cloud hosting and storage provider keeps our systems running; our accounting provider is used to issue invoices; and if you message us on Facebook or Instagram, that conversation is handled through Meta's messaging platform. We do not share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention :

We keep order, payment, and tax invoice records for as long as required by Thai tax and accounting law. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you request deletion.

Payment slips and personal data are stored on access-controlled infrastructure, and staff access to customer data is limited to what's needed to fulfill orders. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

This site uses only the essential cookies/local storage needed for it to function, such as remembering your language preference and the contents of your shopping cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies to profile visitors.
