Introduction :

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of products from DustOff Shoes Co., Ltd. ("DustOff Shoes", "we", "us") through dustoffshoes.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing :

Product photos and descriptions are provided as a reference — minor variations in color or packaging may occur. All prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and already include 7% VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before proceeding if this happens.

Orders :

No account is required to order — we confirm orders using the phone number and shipping details you provide at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it is not confirmed until we verify your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• The product is out of stock or the listed price/description contains an error
• We suspect fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method, or abuse of a promotion
• The shipping address is outside the areas we currently deliver to

Payment :

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card. For bank transfer, upload a photo of your payment slip after placing your order for us to verify — your order is held as unpaid until this is confirmed, and will be automatically cancelled if payment isn't received within the timeframe shown at checkout. If you'd like a formal tax invoice, you can request one during checkout and provide your 13-digit Tax ID.

Shipping & Order Tracking :

Shipping within Thailand is always free. We also ship to select international destinations, where a shipping fee based on the destination and weight will be shown before you confirm your order. Delivery is arranged with our courier partners; tracking updates are shared with you directly rather than through an automated tracking page. After checkout, you'll receive a private order tracking link — no account or login is needed to check your order status.

Cancellations & Refunds :

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before your payment is verified. Once payment has been verified, the order is in production/preparation and we're unable to offer a cash refund for a change of mind — contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis. Returns & Exchanges :

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. To be eligible:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (wrong product/size)
• You contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, with photos of the item
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Contact us at support@dustoffshoes.com to start a return.

Intellectual Property :

All product photos, logos, and content on this site belong to DustOff Shoes Co., Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of Liability :

We aim for accuracy across our site, but we're not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays).

Changes to These Terms :

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law :

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
